Shipping Policy

Overview

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ephemorabilia. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically take 10-21 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ephemorabilia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ephemorabilia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ephemorabilia.com with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ephemorabilia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and time of delivery.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local authorities and file a police report. We recommend having packages shipped to a secure location if you are concerned about theft.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Returned Shipments

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only within the United States. Expedited and international shipping are excluded from free shipping offers unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@ephemorabilia.com.

We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our Refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only update addresses for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
